School and contact details
PROSPERAMOS is an online language school. The payment recipient identified by the owner is sole proprietor Almas Amanbayev in Kazakhstan. Contact prosperamos@prosperamos.net about learning, payments or personal data.
What data is processed
An enquiry uses the adult’s name, email, contact language, time zone, learning language and teacher/time preferences. The consent date and version are recorded. The learning account holds lesson, assignment, material and payment records. Do not send identity documents or card details through the enquiry form.
Why data is used
Enquiry details are used to answer your request and arrange a trial. After enrollment, learning records support teaching and payment administration. Consent to an enquiry is not a subscription to marketing messages.
Access and browser settings
Authorized staff access learning data according to their roles. Students see their own records; teachers see assigned lessons and learners. Sign-in uses necessary session cookies, and your language choice may be saved in the browser. Advertising trackers are not connected. Messenger links take you to services with their own policies.
Personal-data requests
To ask about processing, correct details, request deletion or withdraw consent, contact prosperamos@prosperamos.net. The school checks that the request concerns your data and takes account of obligations to retain specific records.
Children and young learners
An adult responsible for the child makes the first enquiry. Age, account access and confirmation of that adult’s authority are discussed with the school separately. Children’s photos, names and reviews are not published automatically.
