School and contact details
PROSPERAMOS is an online language school. The payment recipient identified by the owner is sole proprietor Almas Amanbayev in Kazakhstan. Contact prosperamos@prosperamos.net about learning, payments or personal data.
How learning works
All lessons take place online by video call. The language, level, teacher, programme and timetable are agreed with the school before lessons begin. Progress depends on the starting level, attendance and independent practice.
Trial lesson and teacher choice
A trial lesson lasts 30 minutes. You can indicate a preferred teacher. Selecting a published available time reserves it; otherwise, the school will arrange the timetable with you. The school sends the video link separately.
Prices and payment
The group package includes 26 lessons of 90 minutes for 4–6 learners, at KZT 104,000 per level. This is 39 hours of learning and KZT 4,000 per lesson. The school uses a fixed conversion rate of EUR 1 = KZT 550. The package costs EUR 189.09, rounded to the nearest euro cent. The amount and quote validity period are shown before payment. One-to-one terms are agreed separately.
Enrollment confirmation
Choosing a plan on the website does not automatically create a paid learning package. The school confirms enrollment and package terms. Available payment methods appear on the pricing page and in your account; opening a result page alone does not confirm payment.
Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds
Contact the school email to reschedule, pause learning or request a refund. The school explains package-specific cancellation periods and lesson-credit rules before payment. Refunds are agreed with the payer, taking account of services provided and applicable rules. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Children and young learners
An adult responsible for the child makes the first enquiry. Age, account access and confirmation of that adult’s authority are discussed with the school separately. Children’s photos, names and reviews are not published automatically.
